1. I have placed an online order. How long will it take me to receive it?
In case of an online order the product will reach you within 24 working hours.
2. How do I pay?
You can choose one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer
- Card (MasterCard, Visa,ArCa)
- The buyer must be a registered employee and have a good credit history
- The buyer should present his passport and the social security card
- The price of the bought goods should exceed 65000 AMD․ 3,5% (not less than 3500 AMD) of the initial price is added to make the final price.

3. Do you have a delivery service of spare parts?
Yes. At the time of the order you can specify how you want to receive the spare parts.
4. Is it possible to return or exchange the purchased goods?
Any spare parts (except electronic ones) are subject to a refund or exchange within 14 days since the purchase date, if you show the receipt of the purchase, if the product has not been used and/or damaged.
5. Do you provide warranty service?
We guarantee that all products presented in our shop are original and are imported directly from the manufacturer. Some products have a warranty of 6 months to 1 year, if installed by a specialist in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards and conditions.
